The apartment is located on the 5th floor in an elevator building. Great sized living room, and updated kitchen with dishwater and washer/dryer in unit.

You will be signing a one year lease and must show stable income and credit above 650.

Rm1: 14.8X 10.2 (closet doesn’t open)- $975
Rm2: 16.2X 6.2 (no closet)- $1125
Rm3: 16X 11 (no closet)- $1250
Rm4: 15.10X 8.2 (no closet)- $1150
