There are Luxury Crema Marfil Baths and the building offers huge daylit free gym (with numerous cardio including Peloton bikes, weight machine and free weight options), bike room, 24 hour doorman/concierge, hardwood floors, oversized windows, great closet space. You have a full bedroom with your own bathroom with separate climate controls in each room. Modern building that built in 2006. This defines super ultra luxury living. Close to subways, grocery stores, and the park. Delicious italian food in the restaurant in the building. Happy to send more pictures, etc. This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit that is furnished except for your bedroom. Only looking for non-smokers - serious inquiries only please!

The entire apartment is furnished with the second bedroom having furniture that my roommate is leaving behind that you are welcome to keep or replace!

I am a social mission inspired entrepreneur that was previously a Goldman banker and ATKearney consultant. I am a non-smoker and have a huge allergy to smoke so ask for no smokers. I cook every once in a while and FDNY hasn't had to come yet! I tend to run in the mornings up and down the west side highway!

Pretty open and prefer someone who also works!
